bombDMI was threatened with bomb blast in the night between Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th.

Someone phoned DMI complaining about their weather forecast for the next day.  As DMI could not promise a better forecast, the complainer finished the telephone conversation by announcing that a bomb would go off within the next 10 minutes in the DMI's buildings in Copenhagen.

DMI was evacuated and the weather service at Karup Airbase took over the command of the Danish weather service for the next hour, while the police cleared the DMI buildings.

One must assume some people have got the impression that meteorologists are getting so advanced, they can actually dictate next days weather, just like the IPCC can control the trend of global temperatures for the next 100 years in favor of politicians' agenda.
