DK Prime-minister: Doubts Financial Climate Agreement Tonight
Jyllandsposten
The prime-minister signals no hope that tonights EU-top-meeting results in an agreement about financing a climate agreement.
Little time to go.
But if EU threw a concrete figure on the table, it might get the slow climate negotiations going, says the prime-minister:
"Thereby EU has a new chance to give the negotiation process drive in a phase where it is quit obvious that the negotiations in UNIPCC runs slowly - and where there is little time left".
States and government officials are going to debate financing of the climate agreement as the first subject on the top-meeting, where trey by the way are going to talk about the Lisbon treaty, the finance political situation and a new Easer-Sea strategy.
The top-meeting in Copenhagen starts December 7th.
