iceberg transponderKnut Espen From Norway Tracks Two Icebergs with GPS transponders he placed on them in July 2010. It is two icebergs at Greenland's south eastern coast, at which he placed transponders, in order to track them until they melt like the 40.000 other icebergs along the coasts of Greenland. Knut Espen's intention is to get a picture of the ocean currents near Greenland. He has also taken temperature measurements along the way, so it will be interesting if his results are the same as those DMI provide. You  can follow the icebergs on Knut's website until it melts.
