Enjoy these 58 minutes from Australia's ABC television network. It is amazing how every panel discussion more less start with Lord Monckton's opponent explaining that the Lord is neither a Lord nor a climate scientist. The first issue prompted Monckton to pass his passport over to the moderator and asked him to read his title. The second issue, the one that Monckton is not a climate scientist, might technically be correct, but in practical terms he knows his stuff in more depth than most so called professional climate scientists I have talked to to-date. The good Richard Denniss, on the other hand, was a true "warm" politician, who accomplished to come with no scientific statement, and he was filling most of the time talking about almost totally unrelated analogies. Denniss was absolutely not bad for a warmist, but was clearly not very well informed with respect to the science.

Most, if not all, the journalists asking questions at Q&A after the speakers introductions, revealed some hostility towards Monckton. Nevertheless, I think some journalist went home that day with an uncertain mind, and secretly hoped that their editor would allow them to express their true impression.

Anyway, because Lord Monckton was so successful during this debate, the full debate has not been aired as scheduled. The Australian ABC is, like BBC, a politically correct radio and TV station, with the result that the truth is suppressed. Such a blessing we have the Internet and some good sceptic souls to upload these censored debates and interviews. Dim your 100W Edison bulb, make yourself a nice cup of tea and enjoy Monckton and Denniss.
