The importance of a successful COP15 might be less important than dinner with the Queen. An announced gala dinner for the many state officials and delegates at the COP15 conference could be in danger of cancellation. The Danish Prime-minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen has already cancelled his invitation and many more are likely to do likewise if there is no conclusive outcome at the COP15 conference.

May I suggest Her Majesty The Queen to invite the delegates from the Copenhagen Climate Challenge instead. Her Majesty can then enjoy almost royal companionship in terms of Lord Mockton and she can have an informed debate with the many knowledgeable persons taking part in this way more sensible conference.
