cop15A few hours ago, Alex Jones in the US had a telephone interview with Lord Christopher Monckton in Copenhagen.  During this interview the following words came up:

Institutional Framework, which is the new word for World Government, as the word World Government was discovered by and published by Monckton a month earlier.  The Institutional Framework is to be setup in Copenhagen by Saturday 19th December 2009.  This framework will be the bureaucratic vehicle for the stealth formation of a dictatorial, non-elected government in much the same way the socialistic government was formed in the 30'th Germany.

The Lead Document forms the guidelines for the UN to form the Interlocking bureaucracy called the Institutional Framework.  This document has gone through many revisions and not revealed to the public until Monckton got hold of the document not long ago.  The Lead Document shall work as a draft for the new constituency and has been the key paper helping Mockton to expose the actual purpose of COP15 and the many meeting preceding it.

The Stealth Agreement shall provide a basis for fonds being moved unnoticed trans-world via the Low Hanging Fruit Stands, which are sub bureaucracies that can take care of the transactions.  The transaction are thought to go primarily from Western countries to the developing countries.

The Institutional Framework will be established in connection with COP15 and according to Monckton, it will be very difficult to undo that.  He sees only a slim option for us to demand that this new world order is elected and not dictatorial as of present.  Follow the money and lookout for the Globalists.  It might take 70 years before we come out of this one.  The scale is not the same as in Germany before WW2.  Today the supreme socialist takeover is global and not isolated to one federal state.

We have a lot of beautiful songs in Denmark about national pride and individual freedom.  These songs might soon be banned in churches and schools, just like the way Danish police was aggressive towards Monckton in Copenhagen on Thursday 17th December 2009, they were aggressive because he publicly spoke out politically incorrect.  Had Monckton instead worked about with one of the many red banners (with hammer and all), then noone would have mobbed him.  It is so frightening similar to the parades by the Hitler Jugend.
