Mr Václav Klaus, the president of the Czech Republic, spoke in Copenhagen for about 25 minutes and answered questions for a further 25 minutes.  The speech is available by courtesy of Cristoffer Crusell and should later be available as video.

President Klaus was invited by CEPOS in connection with the Danish translation of his book "Blue Planet In Green Shacles".
